After the Final Gallery
This is the time we get to connect and see if we are a good fit! My goal for this meeting is get a sense of the vision you have for your wedding day and how you would like it to be captured. I prefer to do this in person, however phone calls and zoom are also great ways to chat and get to know eachother! Here we will go over any questions you have pertaining to this Investment guide and how i can help your vision come to life!
Once you are comfortable moving forward, this is where we will finalize your investment details. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee of 25% is required to secure your wedding date.
Now the fun really begins here! Engagement sessions are done pretty soon after we have finalized your booking. This is also a great opportunity to get the two of you confortable in front of the camera! I try my best to deliver your engagment gallery within two weeks so you can use those images for any stationary or save the date coorespondance.
Depending on the package you choose, and if you requested any custom add on sessions, we will schedule those following your engagement session. This inslcudes Bridal Portraits which are scheduled on the date of your hair & Makeup trial and after you have receievd your dress. I will coordinate with you to schedule these.
Boudoir Sesssions are scheduled 3 months prior to your wedding date, and are held in Spotsylvania Virginia at Stevenson Ridge. Typically, I reserve the Riddick House for boudoir due to the size of the house and the moody ambiance, but you can view other cabins on the property if you prefer a light and bright boudoir session and I will reserve that cabin at your request pending their avalability. This comes with a custom printed album with images of your choice and includes professional Hair & Makeup.
The weekend has finally arrived! Now you can (hopefully) relax now that all the planning and preparation has concluded. This is the time to enjoy the intimate setting to celebrate with those closest to you before your Wedding day. I'd argue that these images are almost as important as your actual wedding day because it's a time to really connect with parents, siblings, and close freinds and relatives..
The day has finally come! All the planning and preparation has led to this, and its my job to make sure you have images that reflect your day and your love in its most authentic version. I will cry when you walk down the isle, and I will cry at first looks because i'm that invested, but I WILL NOT miss a moment even through all the happy tears.
Before I go to sleep, my main priority is to back up ever single image I took so I can sleep knowing I have secured your investment. I spend the morning after culling through all your images to select the best ones to deliver in your final gallery. By the end of the day you will receive your Preview Gallery to share and download! I can guarentee you i'm just as excited to send you a peek at your wedding day just as much as you are dying to see the images!
I spend the next 6-8 weeks carefully editing your finalized gallery. I remove exit signs, cars and any other distracting things from the background, tweak lighting, add a little glow to your skin, and really take time to perfect every last detail so you have a gallery that is raw, real, and timeless.
Part of my delivery process is to create a gift box as a final send off and to say "thank you". In this box you will find all the tangible items you purchased along with a few extra goodies I collect as I get to know you both. This could include Film, Polaroids, Canvas prints, Printed Wedding Album, and your custom USB with every finalized image. Each wedding and each couple fills my cup a little more and I feel like this is a sweet sentiment to our time togther!
